GSC connects biotechnology and automation.
Today, if you are doing anything related to biotechnology, then,
for better or worse, you are probably using computers. All too
often, poor automation ruins good science. GSC can help
keep that from happening.
GSC has designed data collection and analysis systems,
Laboratory Management Systems (LIMS), and factory and plant
automation systems. Software, hardware, or equipment - GSC
will design a system to automate your application, or help
redesign the application so it can be automated.
Established in 1982 as the Graphical Software Company,
GSC Engineering is now a full-service engineering practice.
GSC brings the strength and robustness of traditional
engineering design methods to the biotechnology industry.

GSC's Founder and principal, Thomas J.
Vaughan Jr., P.E, comes from a background of residential, commercial
and industrial construction, giving him years of intimate experience
with building controls, manufacturing plant automation, scientific
computation, and knowledge about steam plants, fire protection,
cartography and surveying.
He has held technical, supervisory and management roles in
a wide range of industries.
Trained as a Civil Engineer, and later, licensed as an Electrical
Engineer, he can identify and solve problems that are physical,
mechanical, or computer related.
All projects at GSC are conducted under his direct
engineering control.
